We've lived here for nearly 10 years and have loved it! We got married during that time and our son took his first steps in our apartment.

I really want to take the time to address the importance of the immediate service I received from the community staff including maintenance. I am a new resident and is very satisfied overall with the management and staff from Allegro Palms. Thank You

Did not catch his name. But a gentleman from maintenance came to assist me with changing out my shower head. I had never done this before and did not want to cause an even bigger maintenance call. His help was super appreciated!!

Location is perfect. Staff is wonderful. Loved living here. Only moved for more space.

I recently moved here and needed dryer hooked up. Was informed of items needed, purchased, and they connected it quite quickly. So happy to have my dryer. Thank you so much.

Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Calm area, never had problems with neighbors & the staff was always helpful. Maintenance always follows up & gets the job done. Really recommend. Parking does need a little pavement work but theres always parking near your apartment & they are really good at notifying when they are doing trimmings.

I recently moved to Allegre Palms, I love the place. The atmosphere is calm. The staff of the office are very friendly and excellent service. Maintenance service is also excellent.

Maintenance staff here is top notch. They are quick, efficient and very nice people. There response time with emergencies is excellent.

The staff is friendly the maintenance is very reliable everyone in the office is always eager to help no matter whenever there's an issue it's resolved immediately no matter what the issue is I really love staying here

Love the staff! Marielle is awesome ???? sauce! Very quick to respond to maintenance issues, they accommodate as quickly as possible! And they seem to truly care about their residents! Love it!! Marielle made my move-in process good super smooth!

I've lived here for several years and everything is top notch. The location, super nice apartments, lots of parking, unlike my last place, nice neighbors. The maintenance guys are exceptional and any work order I have is handled quickly. The only drawbacks are: the fitness center is small, no business center or coffee bar. Other than that, I love it. It's gated but best of all is the location. (And my neighbors).

My wife and I just moved in and there were quite a few things in the apartment that needed fixing. The repairman Keith came today and helped us with everything. He was quick and efficient, definitely knew his way around fixing house appliances and electrical stuff. He was also very polite and friendly and made this an overall great experience. We've only just moved in and this gave us a great first impression.

I've lived here for over 3 years and it's a great community of support. From the gated security system, location, and pleasant office staff. Special thanks for all the hard work and dedication from Felix, Ceaser and recent Maintenance Supervisor Keith!! You guys are the best. Our property Manager Julie is very down to earth and diligent in keeping the residents happy! Thank you all for making this place feel like home!!

I have lived here for 7 yrs and my stay here was GREAT! I had no worries or issues here at Allegro Palm. The ladies in the office were friendly and very helpful if I needed anything. I left on deployment and for a couple of years and return here and was greeted with open arms and hugs. The maintenance guys here are pretty awesome as well. My laundry room was flood by a busted water heater and the guys were on the job in no time. They replace the water heater the following day, had my carpets dry within the week and made minor repairs days after. Gold Stars all around in my book! Love it here!

To Julie Andux and The Allegro Palm Apartments staff, I cannot Express my gratitude enough for all that you've done for my family since the June 13th fire that destroyed our home and belongings. You braved the steamy questionable conditions of my apartment on more than one occasion to retrieve what you could for me, you got us settled into a new apartment two months after the fire and you even stopped by our apartment on your own time, on a Sunday to check on us after our move back in to the complex. Your maintenance crew has been amazing as well. They have also checked in on us since moving back in to be sure all is going well. Any finally, your ladies in the office continue to welcome us home and have made the processes of moving back into the community effortless. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your helping hand throughout the last two months. We are so happy to be home and look forward to new beginnings. Tammy Guy

The staff and maintenance personal are fantastic. Whenever I go to the office I am treated with respect and a welcoming atmosphere. There have been many times when I have needed assistance with issues that are not property related and the staff have been helpful in taking care of the issues, even when it is not a part of the services offered. The maintenance personal is friendly and trustworthy, any maintenance issue was taken care of promptly and with curtesy. Overall I would recommend staying here because of the staff and maintenance personal alone. If it was possible to give more than five stars in those areas I certainly would.
